丁筱芳,1957年生于上海，祖籍浙江绍兴。2001年毕业于上海大学美术学院中国画研究生班。2002年结业于上海中国画院首届中国画高研班。现为上海中国画院画师、国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员，上海美术家协会理事。
