李超士(1893—1971)名骧，浙江杭州人，现代画家，美术教育家。少年时随兄旅居广东梅县。1911年，赴欧洲学习西洋绘画。1913年，考入巴黎国立美术学院，并几次到意大利、德国、希腊、比利时、苏联等国潜心研究欧洲历代名画和优秀美术传统。
擅长粉画、油画。后回国曾任上海美专、国立北平艺专、杭州艺专教授，中央美术学院华东分院、山东师范学院暨山东艺专教授，中国美术家协会山东分会主席。李超士是最早留法学习绘画的学生，也是中国老一代的油画家之一。
因学习成绩优异，曾多次获得美术奖。一九一九年回国后，应刘海粟之邀在上海美术专科学校任教授。1926年应林风眠之邀赴国立北京艺术专科学校任教。1928年应蔡元培之邀与林风眠等同赴杭州兴办我国第一所国立艺术专科学校，并任该校西画系教授长达21年。四十年代在重庆，曾担任国立艺专代理校长。抗战胜利后随校返回杭州，继续任艺专西画教授，并任孑民艺术研究所导师。从事美术教育50余载，桃李遍天下，如吴冠中、李可染、赵无极、潘玉良、罗工柳、莫朴、萧淑芳等等一大批著名画家都曾是他的学生。
1950年来山东，任山东师范学院艺术系教授、山东艺术学院教授。1958年退休后又于62年复职带助教授课。并任中国美术家协会会员，山东省（首任）美协山东分会主席。擅长色粉画、油画。作品粉画《南瓜丰收》等六幅作品由中国美术馆收藏。两副作品收藏于南京美术馆，十副作品收藏于山东工艺美院。出版有《李超士粉画集》、《李超士画集》。
解放后，在中央美术学院华东分院、山东师范学院教西画。任山东省政协委员，中国美术家协会山东分会主席。从事美术教育工作三十多年，为我国著名的美术教育家和西画家。其素描、油画、粉笔画等，造诣均深，粉笔画尤为擅长，画法曾受益于法国印象派画家德加等，揉以个人精湛的素描技巧，形成独特的艺术风貌，在我国画坛上享有声誉。年，山东人民出版社出版《李超士粉画集》。1985年，上海人民美术出版社出版了《李超士画集》，选编作品75幅，基本上代表了他一生的艺术成就。
