张玉田，号为墨咏斋，1955年生于河北满城。文化部侨联中国徐悲鸿画院副院长、中国美术家协会会员、国家二级美术师、中国美术家协会大连美术馆副馆长、北京国画院副院长、南开大学东方文化艺术研究中心客座教授。
