白云乡教授，男，汉族，1956年生，河北馆陶人，硕士研究生导师，享受国务院政府特殊津贴，中国美术家协会理事，河北省文联副主席，河北省美术家协会副主席，河北省省管优秀专家，河北省文史研究馆馆员，中央文史馆书画研究院学部委员，政协河北省第十届委员会常务委员。
