朱世章，1976年生，云霄人，1997年毕业于漳州职校美术专业，1999毕业于福建省南平师专美术系，2003年进修于中国美术学院花鸟专业，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，福建工笔画家协会理事，任教于福建省云霄县竹港中学。
