张一心，1957年出生于河南许昌，著名画家、教授，中国美术家协会会员、中国国家画院山水画课题班卢禹舜工作室画家、中国收藏家协会《收藏导报》推介画家、庆祝建国60周年正气歌全国书画大赛金奖画家。现任中华清风书画协会副秘书长(北京)、北京德泰书画院画家、河南省美协山水画艺委会副秘书长、鸿儒书画院副院长、炎黄书画院副院长，河南省国画家协会常务理事、河南省书画院特聘画家中国美术家协会会员。
1983年毕业于河南大学美术系，后先后研修于文化部重彩画高研班和中央美术学院国画系。现为海燕出版社编审，河南省国画家协会常务理事、河南省人物画艺委会副主任、河南省书画院特聘画家，河南省青年美术家协会副主席。1979年9月——1983年7月就读于河南大学美术系、2005年9月——2007年6月就研修中央美术学院、2008年9月——2011年6月就读于中国国家画院。

艺术履历
2009年8月在福建厦门张雄书画展览馆举办了《张一心山水画展》。
2010年6月，系列作品入选《中国国家画院卢禹舜工作室课题班作品走进大庆》展览。
2010年10月11日“张一心、师行坤山水花鸟联展”广州新世纪艺术研究院展览厅展出
2012年3月在万象山房画廊举办了由河南省书画院、河南省美术家协会主办的《张一心山水画展》。
2011年12期《诗刊》6个彩版及封底刊登张一心作品。 

2008年被邀请参加北方水墨中国画名家邀请展，参展画家有：卢禹舜、高卉民、纪连彬、周士钢、王同君、
