张良敏，男，1962年生于青岛即墨市，毕业于中国艺术研究院中国画高研班。现任青岛鹤林置业有限公司董事长，中国美术家协会会员，即墨市画院院长，山东花院高级画师，中国防卫科技学院青岛艺术校区特聘教授。
曾数十次登泰山，攀崂山诸峰，并赴黄山、华山、雁荡山、张家界、长江三峡等名山大川，感悟自然，观察写生。
