陈有吉，中国美术家协会会员，东北师范大学美术学院教授，西泠书画院特聘画家，山东省书画研究院特聘教授。1940年出生，辽宁建昌人。毕业于鲁迅美术学院，研修于中国美院中国画系。在长期的艺术实践中，创作了大量的中国画、年画、连环画等作品。作品曾多次参加全国、省、市各级美展及出国展，并多次被专业性刊物、电视台、电台作专题报道，作品被中国美术馆、人民大会堂、中央军委办公厅、天安门地区委员会、毛主席纪念堂、钓鱼台国宾馆、国防大学、军委北戴河办事处等多家收藏机构和海外收藏家收藏，《翠夏无尘》悬挂在天安门城楼内。擅长古代、现代工笔、写意人物画。他的新仕女画在立意、笔墨、造型、构图等方面都体现出现代人的风格，使这一古老的艺术形式具有了时代的鲜明特征。近年着意写鹤，所表现的鹤，形神兼备，具有独到的创新之意，形成了写鹤的风格。他的唐诗画意创作，开辟了中国传统文化新层次的探索之路。中央电视台《祖国各地》节目中曾作专题报道，在评介中给予高度评价。作品多次在日本、加拿大等国及我国港、台地区展出。主要作品有《连年庆功》、《山村新户》、《革命路上又相逢》、《长恨歌》、《客至》、《荷风清韵》、《春园雅集》、《鹤舞松风》等。出版有《陈有吉白描仕女图》、《陈有吉白描园林图》、《楹联书画集》、《中国当代书画艺术名家陈有吉作品选》、《美术家陈有吉》等画集。辞条被收录进《中国美术辞典》、《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《世界当代书画篆刻家大辞典》等书。
