张秀时(1938.10—)辽宁辽中人。擅长中国画。毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国画系，曾任中国美协辽宁分会创作员，辽宁人民出版社美术图片编辑室负责人，辽宁美术出版社美编室主任、美术创作室主任、总编室主任兼社长助理、副社长、副总编辑，辽宁省美协副主席，《美术大观》主编。年画《人民功臣》(合作)获全国年画二等奖，由中国美术馆收藏；《祖国万岁》获全国年画三等奖，少儿读物《泥娃娃》获全国优秀少儿读物一等奖，《红尘》获全国连环画三等奖。编著《中华名胜楹联图览》获中国图书奖。
