陈明，1970年5月生；现为中国美术家协会会员，江苏省国画院人物画研究所专职画家。1993年南京艺术学院美术系中国画专业本科毕业，获学士学位；2012年毕业于南京艺术学院美术学院，获艺术硕士学位。师从周京新教授。
