焦俊华，中国美术家协会会员、中国白洋淀诗书画院艺术顾问。
1932年生于河北省赵县，1958年毕业于天津美术学院留校任教至今。
曾任该院美术教育系系主任、教授。
他早年曾在天津著名山水画家刘子久先生门下，进修山水画，基本功扎实，又擅长透视技法，具有较强的写生能力。
自1977年开始赴祖国各地名山大川，名胜古迹进行写生，三十年来足迹遍及除港、澳、台以外所有省市自治区，南到海南天涯海角，北到神州北极漠河，西到天山瑶池，东到海天佛国。曾九处过黄河，十地度长江，获得大量写生画稿，曾先后出版《画中揽胜》、《中国古塔》、《中华胜境》三部写生画[1]册，多次举办个人写生画展。天津盘山景区、山西洪洞广胜寺等地，建有本人山水名胜展览室，作为游览景观。近由湖北鄂州莲花山风景区，将其所画中华名胜三百幅刻于碑林，以供游人观赏。
他在天津美术学院长期教学实践中，积累了丰富的经验，著有《绘画透视技法》、《透视》、《透视纵横》、《实用美术》等书出版行世。
他近年来专功焦墨山水画，其作品风格独特，纯朴浑厚，用笔苍劲有力，墨焦而不躁，色黑而不单，不少报刊杂志发表其作品，并出版有《焦俊华山水画集》。2006年，他又在天津市成功举办个人画展，获得了社会各界广泛好评，他的艺术成就由天津电视台名牌栏目《中国人》以“画家焦俊华的《不尽丹青路》”作了专题报道。
