李非，字冠德，号大一，大一居士，大一山人，德诺斋主人，生于1969年，自幼随父亲李东旭习画，2004年就读中国艺术研究院，跟随贾又福、吕云所、李铁生等学习。现任中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员、石家庄市美术家协会常务理事、河北美术学院特聘教授等职，其画作《高原放歌》、《山村新居》等多次在全国大展斩获奖项。他坚持以太行山为主题，挖掘太行主题的深刻精神意蕴，寻找表现太行雄姿的形式风格，作品渐显出太行山的风神与韵致，笔墨中溢出沧桑悲凉之气和无尽的形神魅力。
1993年（石家庄）、2001（石家庄）、2002（烟台）举办个人画展，参加了第三届中国（烟台）艺术品博览会、首届宁波中国书画博览会，荣获2000年度中国最具收藏价值作品500强艺术家称号；2005年5月在北京参加中华艺术名家三十强春夏联展，2005年入选“中国最具收藏价值百名艺术家”。画家崇尚唯美主义和浪漫主义，作品色彩艳丽、画面清新，给人以美的享受。近年来为许多国家机关与企事业单位创作巨幅山水画。2001年为人民大会堂创作《春山泉韵》（收藏证834号）。作品参加全国大展：2002年《希望》（于诺合作）入选纪念毛泽东延安讲话70周年全国美术作品展；2004年《见证》入选纪念抗战胜利60周年全国中国画展；2008年《秋实》入选全国首届中国画线描艺术大展并获优秀奖；《遐想》入选第七届全国工笔画大展并获优秀奖；《决胜唐家山》入选首届中国山水画艺术双年展；2009年《初融》入选2009年全国中国画展；2010年《又是一度春风至》（于诺合作）入选第六届中国西部大地情中国画油画展并获二等奖；2010年《山乡初雪》入选2010年全国中国画展；《脊梁》入选和谐燕赵红色太行中国山水画作品展并获优秀奖。
