周正良，1964年生，湖南人。1982年入伍，毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系。2004年调入广东画院。现为中国美术家协会会员，广东画院专业画家，二级美术师，广东画院工会主席。作品参加第七、八、九、十届全军美展，第八届全国美展，纪念“毛泽东在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话发表六十周年”全国美展，首届全国中国画展，第三届全国中国画展，全国画院第三、四届优秀作品展和广东省第二、三、四届中国画展，广东美术大展，“纪念改革开放三十周年”广东美术作品展，庆祝“建国六十周年”广东省美术作品展等重要展览。作品获第三届全国中国画展优秀作品奖〔唯一奖项〕；纪念“毛泽东在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话发表六十周年”全国美展优秀作品奖〔唯一奖项〕；广东省第二届中国画展优秀作品奖；广东省第四届中国画展优秀作品奖；庆祝“建国六十周年”广东省美术作品展银奖等奖项。作品《我从红叶树下轻轻走过》被解放军艺术学院收藏，《憩》被广东美术馆收藏。
