辛守臣，青岛科技大学艺术学院教授，出生于山东高唐，毕业于东北师范大学美术学院，曾在中央美术学院访学并师从博士生导师贾又福教授，原北华大学硕士生导师、中国美术家协会会员。
出版专著有《辛守臣画集》、《辛守臣国画选》。
1993年，作品《暮雪》入选全国首届中国山水画展。
1997年，作品《山光》参加中韩书画优秀作品展并荣获大奖。
1994年，作品《北国之春》获中国美协主办的银河杯国际大展二等奖。
1996年，作品《故乡情》获中国美协主办的全国中国画展优秀奖。
1998年，作品《峡谷里人家》入选世界华人书画展。
2000年，作品《松花湖上春意浓》获省美展一等奖，发表于《美术》杂志。
2002年，作品《幽谷》获黄山颂国际书画展优秀奖，发表于《人民日报》。
2003年，作品《秋到长白》入选中国美协主办的第十七次新人新作展。
2004年，作品《长白飞雪》入选中国美协主办的海潮杯全国中国画大展。
2005年，作品《长白颂》入选中国美协主办的迎奥运全国中国画大展。
