孟占京，1962年生于北京。中国美术家协会会员，北京工艺美术集团公司工艺美术厂工艺美术设计师。1981年毕业于北京工艺美术学校（现在北京艺术设计学院），1987年毕业于北京工艺美术大学，2003年毕业于中国艺术研究院高级研究生班。
作品《湘西行旅》入选九九年跨世界暨建国五十周年全国山水大展。作品《秋实太行》入选庆祝澳门回归祖国中国画作品展并获得优秀作品奖。作品《古涧清音图》入选2000年全国中国画作品展作品《早春图》参加北京荣宝2001秋季拍卖会。作品《山居图》入选第四届当代中国山水画展并获铜奖作品《云居寺》入选二十一世纪首届中国书画艺术精品大展并获铜奖。2002年在中央美院画廊举办5人画展作品《秋山红雨》参加2002年全国美展北京展区2002年在美术观察出版画册2003年出版个人画册作品曾多次参加北京市美协举办的画展，及全国工艺美术展览2004年后相继就学于中国国家画院龙瑞工作室，首届高研班，课题班及精英班。
