魏惠娟，河北深泽县人，石家庄市画院画家，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，河北省美术家协会理事，2001，2003年分别师从北京画院杨瑞芬，王明明。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国女画家协会常务理事、河北省美术家协会理事、河北省女画家协会副主席、河北省书画院副秘书长、河北大学艺术学院美术系客座教授，河北省政协委员。
1998年《回归图》获全国书画大赛优秀奖；
1999年《晨趣》获全国第二届中国花鸟画展银奖；
2001年《紫韵》入选中国美术家协会第十五次新人新作展；
2002年《寂寂秋意》入选纪念毛主席在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话60周年全国大展；
2003年《润物无声》参加庆祝中央电视台成立四十周年书画作品邀请大展，作品被收藏；
