刘明海，国画家，河南南阳人，中国美术家协会会员，中国人民解放军总参书画艺术研究院创作员，中韩国际书画交流协会理事。擅长写意人物画、山水画，1971年出生，1997年于中央美院进修学习，解放军艺术学院美术系国画专业毕业，师从刘大为、袁武、任惠中、史国良、王天胜、周秀清诸先生。现供职于中国人民解放军总参谋部军训部。
