于振平(1963.12—)山东诸城人。擅长中国画。现为中国美术学院基础教学部副主任、教授、硕士生导师。
1989年毕业于中国美术学院国画系，后在苏州丝绸工学院美术系任教。1995年在中国美术学院基础教学部任教，至今在中国美术学院杭州象山校区基础教学部任教。优秀作品：《501房间》入选第八届全国美展，《窗外依旧吹着风》入选首届全国中国人物画展，《蝶恋花》入选第九届全国美展。
1995年8月中国画作品《今夜星光灿烂》获《正义.和平—纪念反法西斯战争胜利50周年国际美术作品展》铜奖
2000年10月中国画作品《红》获“2000年全国中国画作品展”铜奖
2001年10月《综合绘画基础教学---民族绘画》获中国美术学院教学成果一等奖、浙江省高校优秀教学成果二等奖
2001年8月中国画作品《今夜星光灿烂》获“纪念建党80周年全国美术作品展”优秀奖(不设金、银、铜奖)
