和爱君(1956.11—)河北曲阳人，出生于北京市。擅长中国画。1989年毕业于中央工艺美术学院工业设计系，获学士学位。曾受著名油画家高虹、何孔德、李天祥指点。后转学中国画，拜山水画大师何海霞为师，专攻山水。
他善于把古代和现代，中国与西方的美学理念、表现技法融合进行比较、研究加以吸收，逐步找到了自己追求的艺术气象，他的山水画用笔苍劲有力，泼墨酣畅，水、墨、色相混交融，形成了既粗犷雄伟又秀雅飘逸的风格。
在考察当今中国山水画坛的时候，和爱君的画作很自然地受到关注。因为他的山水画以新颖性、创造性而炫人眼目，他的艺术追求集中到一点，就是要以独特的形式来表现自己，表现一个当代人的心理真实。
供职于京西宾馆任书画创作室主任、总参谋部美术创作院副院长、中国美术家协会会员、中国美术家协会河山画会会员、中国人民大学培训学院特聘教授。
中国画《太行山啸》入选第十三次新人新作展；中国画《牧归图》获建国50周年暨迎澳门回归展优秀奖；中国画《高高的山上有军营》入选1999年全军美展；《太行人家》入选建国50周年山水画大展。
1996年6月，作品《支前队》获解放军总参谋部《获纪念红军长征60周年》美展三等奖；
1990年10月参加中国画研究院院展，作品《神农架小景》获总参美术作品展铜牌奖；
1989年参加首届中国书画百家大展，获中国首届工业设计展览工业优秀奖“金龙腾飞”三等奖；

参加亚洲艺术教育国际研讨会，其论文《青少年时期美术教育》编入研讨会专集；
1992年《青年文学》杂志发表作品专刊，共计四幅，及一篇介绍文章；
1995年由中国书协名誉主席启功题字，出版《和爱君挂历专集》；
1998年入选中国美协第13届新人新作展，参加’98年中国山水画大展；
8月，《太行人家》、《太行山啸》入选中国美术家协会《第十三届新人新作展》并入编《新人新作画集》；
10月，作品《点染青山图》参展九八年中国山水画大展，并入编作品集；
1999年第3期《美术》杂志专版介绍《太行山啸》等六幅作品，山水画大师何海霞为其撰文《艺苑新苗和爱君》；
烟台美术博物馆主办和爱君山水画邀请展，烟台电视台予以专题报道，烟台美术博物馆收藏其作品《太行雄峰》；
