邓晓岗，男，1967年生，研究生学历，现为国务院管理局特聘书画家、中国书法家协会会员、中国美术家协会会员、民进中央开明画院理事、重庆开明画院常务副院长兼秘书长、重庆巴渝名家书画馆馆长、重庆书法家协会副秘书长。
邓晓岗先生是一位书画兼资的艺术家，书法以行书见长，其画作花卉禽鸟均有涉猎，其中尤以竹、兰见长。他的书法笔气绵厚、章法宽舒，收放自如，特别是他临摹的《兰亭序》连专家都难辨真伪，得到中国书法家协会主席沈鹏高度赞誉。邓晓岗善于画竹，他进一步强化了细竹枝的画法，尤其是画某些不着叶片的细小枯枝、甚至一些几无竹叶仅有竹枝的墨竹，这不仅使邓晓岗娴熟的书法用笔得以潇洒灵动的展现，使其墨竹呈现明快、轻松、灵动的新风格，也使其画风突破了古今墨竹的常格。
