何乃磊美术作品

著名花鸟画家，工笔、写意，兼能，出生于山东莒县，沂蒙画派创始人。现为中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会副主席，山东省文史馆馆员，山东省沂蒙画派研究院院长，山东省高级人才培训中心国画教授，国家一级美术师、西安交通大学兼职教授，享受政府特殊津贴专家。 
何乃磊的创作具有自己鲜明的艺术风格。他笔下的牡丹婀娜妩媚、盈盈欲笑，令人喜爱；他几笔勾勒出的小鸟，呼之欲来，灵活传神。其写意画似一泻千里的瀑布，气势恢宏，充满了勃勃生机；工笔画则如涓涓细流，娓娓动听、细腻逼真，尽现妙灵、隽逸之风韵。观看他的作品，“画中有诗、诗中有画”，让人们饱览了东方艺术璀璨夺目的风姿、含蓄悠深的意蕴。

随着创作技艺的不断提高，何乃磊的工作环境也慢慢得到了改变。由公社宣传干事，到乡镇文化站站长，再到县文化局副局长。虽然环境改变了，但何乃磊一直坚守着作为一位农民画家的朴实情怀。多年来，他以一颗赤诚火热的心扑在文化事业上，为广大农民朋友奉献自己的光和热。几年来，他的足迹踏遍了莒县的每一个乡镇，辅导书画展20多次，为农民朋友作字画2000余幅。近年来，经他辅导获省以上奖或参加省以上展览的就有50多人。为培养农民书画骨干，他多次下乡镇辅导讲课，培训书画艺术人才2500余人次。
其作品多次参加全国美展和国内外大型画展，并多次获奖，1994年赴韩国举办个人画展，1997年赴日本举办中国画四人联展。在国际书画大赛中分别荣获金奖、一等奖、特等奖等重大荣誉。作品《沂蒙情》入选第二届全国花鸟画展览及世界华人画展；《晨露》入选中国画三百家展览等。作品《故园情浓》入选2004年首届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。出版《何乃磊画集》、《何乃磊画选》、《何乃磊百梅画集》、《中国实力派画家何乃磊精品集》。作品编入《世界美术作品集》、《当代中国画杰出人才作品集》、《中国画百杰画家作品集》、《当代著名花鸟画家作品集》、《中国画三百家作品集》、《全国第二届花鸟画展作品集》，部分作品被人民大会堂、怀仁堂、钓鱼台、文化部、山东省人民政府办公厅、韩国大使馆收藏。国画梅花《喜迎东风》被悬挂在人民大会堂二楼大厅，牡丹《国色天香》悬挂于中南海宴会厅等。中央电视台、中央电台、山东卫视对其进行了专题报道。
在加强自身修养，勇攀艺术高峰的同时，何乃磊时刻不忘自己是一名政协委员，他把“奉献爱心，回报社会”作为自己的人生目标，积极参加社会公益事业。据不完全统计，近年来，何乃磊捐献希望工程的作品达50余幅，现金20000余元。 
几十年孜孜不倦的追求，换回了成功的喜悦。何乃磊的作品多次获国家级大奖，部分作品被送往法国、美国、日本、瑞士等十多个国家参展，多件作品被人民大会堂、毛主席纪念堂、钓鱼台、文化部、省文史馆、韩国驻华大使馆收藏，赢得了较高的声誉。
