邓惠伯，中国美术家协会会员。历任中央美术学院讲师、教研室副主任、副教授、特聘教授等。多年从事美术创作，极为勤勉，从不间断。60年代多发表版画，70年以来多致力于中创作，绘画作品题材丰富，功力深厚，诗意浓郁，笔墨酣畅，色彩明丽，画风中西融会，不断拓新，深为各国人士喜爱。早年多于《人民日报》、《中国青年报》、《光明日报》、《新观察》、《人民中国》等报刊发展作品，并多次参加全国、省、市各级美术展览，80年代以来于国内外个展30余次，作品广为我国以及日、美、法、意、英等人士收藏，以及日本弥勒之里美术馆、岩国市美术馆、艺术之粹等美术馆和马尔他大总统、日本京都府厅、尾道市厅、因岛市厅等政府官厅收藏。先后获联合国都科文书画大赛荣誉金奖等10余次。

1958年8月西南师范大学美术系毕业，
1980年8月毕业于中央美术学院硕士研究生班毕业，获文学硕士学位。
留学日本京都大学。获日本京都大学文学博士成绩。师承吴作人，李可染，
并先后受业于张安治、朱丹、林风眠、黄胄、岑学恭、河北伦明，加山又造等先生。
