黄素宁

黄素宁,女1950年生于山东烟台。画家。中国美术家协会会员。先后毕业于南京艺术学院国画系,中央美术学院年画、连环画研究生班。曾任职于西藏美协、江苏省国画院。曾于1988年移居美国纽约。陈丹青妻子。黄素宁兼事纺织品设计,曾担任中国纺织面料及花样设计大赛评委。

艺术家黄素宁简介

黄素宁,女1950年生于山东烟台。画家。中国美术家协会会员。先后毕业于南京艺术学院国画系,中央美术学院年画、连环画研究生班。曾任职于西藏美协、江苏省国画院。曾于1988年移居美国纽约。陈丹青妻子。黄素宁兼事纺织品设计,曾担任中国纺织面料及花样设计大赛评委。
1976年,黄素宁在南京艺术学院国画系毕业,主动要求去西藏工作。黄素宁认为,这并不是赶时髦。为什么都要集中在繁华的大城市呢?历届全国美展,总没有西藏的作品,可以使自己得到更好的发挥。
黄素宁多次参加大展,主要作品有:中国画《青藏线上传喜讯》《援军路上》;油画《进军西藏》(与陈丹青合作)等。

1977年6月,当时在西藏工作的黄素宁,准备与丹青合作一幅题为《进军西藏》的油画,因为这是一幅工程量很大的作品,并且赶制参加将要举办的纪念建军五十周年美展。半年前,陈丹青第一次进藏,被请去创作并辅导当地业余画家,推荐他和另外两位南京艺术学院老师的人,就是黄素宁。此时,陈丹青作为知青,在南京北郊的一个文化馆工作。黄素宁带着已经搜集好的大量生动的文字和形象资料,带着她日臻成熟的创作构思来了。她来得也正是时候,陈丹青被借调在江苏人民出版社创作宣传画,正好借这个机会来合作这幅画。
艰苦卓绝
可是画布和油画颜料还没有着落,陈丹青找到省美展办公室,好说歹说,才求得六块人家裁下来的画布边角料。黄素宁把六块边角料缝缀起来,拼成了一幅三米宽的画布,陈丹青绷在了自己钉的木框上。画布有了,他又四处去讨要颜料和画笔,黄素宁又从朋友那里临时借了一间小屋。尽管条件很差,但他俩还是乐观的。
