谷中良，1944年生于威海，自幼习画，画室名为半步园，擅长于水墨人物画，河北大学艺术学院教授、硕士生导师，中国美术家协会会员，中华全国美学学会会员、中国书画艺术促进会常务理事、保定美协、保定画院顾问。
