吴成槐，1943年12月生于沈阳市，职称编审。历任辽宁民族出版社社长、总编辑，辽宁美术出版社社长、总编辑、中国美术出版研究会副会长、辽宁省政协第八届委员。
现任辽宁省美术家协会副主席，中国美术家协会会员，中日韩书画交流协会副会长，辽宁省形象传播研究会会长。
其作品多次参加全国、全军美展并获奖，先后参加日本、新加坡、韩国展出，有些作品被国内外馆、院收藏。他的创作实践丰富而且漫长，曾出版发行二十余部连环画册、千余幅插图、速写等作品，出版个人专著十二部。
近年来他集中精力致力于中国画山水、梅花的创作。观其新作可以用洋洋洒洒，自成一格来概括。
