孙莲清，女，1928年8月出生，辽宁盖州人，中共党员，高级书画师，结业于天津神州书画进修学院中国画花鸟专修科现为辽宁省关术家协会会员，
中原书画研究院研究员，中国老年书画研究会会员，沈阳军区老战士书画会创作研究员，沈阳军区后勤老战士书画会研究组成员，
中国书画艺委会终身会员，中国书画家联谊会会员，新加坡新神州艺术院高级荣誉顾问、院士，海峡两岸书画家联谊会会员，
美国海外艺术家理事，世界文化研究中心研究员，世界艺术家协会理事。
擅长中国画大写意花鸟，长期以来从未间断。
作品特点形神兼备、气韵生动，曾多次参加国内外、军队与地方大型美展，并多次获奖。

1997年，参加全国第二届海峡两岸王子杯大赛获银奖。
1998年，参加中央电视台大红鹰全国中老年书画大赛获优秀作品奖，参加全国中原书画大赛获精英奖后作品入选首届东方杯水墨画大展。
1998年与1999年，两度应邀为文化部艺术研究院主办的新时期文艺主潮研讨会、共和国社会主义文学艺术50周年研讨会正式发表，参评作品牡丹图、向日葵获二等奖。
