张辛国，中国国画家，主要画鹿。现任职务中国美术家协会会员、河北省美术家协会顾问、原河北美术出版社总编辑、编审。1926年生于河北省安平县，1947年在解放军部队从事美术宣传工作，1951年考入中央美术学院学习，受教于吴作人等先生，深受徐悲鸿院长画风影响，毕业后被调入中央军委美工室，1955年转业到河北美术出版社从事美术编辑工作。

多年来创作了许多中国画、年画、连环画作品。离休后专画动物题材，出版有《怎样画鹿》、《张辛国动物画集》、《百鹿图》》、《张辛国画鹿》等中国画专辑。曾多次获得国家文化部、新闻出版署、中国美协、中国出版工作者协会、授予的奖章、奖状和荣誉证书。
Zhang Xinguo, a Chinese painter, mainly paints deer. He is currently a member of China Artists Association, a consultant of Hebei Artists Association, and former editor-in-chief of Hebei Fine Arts Publishing House. Born in 1926 in Anping County, Hebei Province, he was engaged in art propaganda in the PLA Army in 1947. He was admitted to the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1951 and taught by Mr. Wu Zuoren. He was deeply influenced by the painting style of President Xu Beihong. After graduation, he was transferred to the Art Workshop of the Central Military Commission. In 1955, he was transferred to Hebei Art Press for art editing.
Over the years, he has created many Chinese paintings, New Year paintings and comic books. After his retirement, he specializes in painting animal subjects, and has published such Chinese painting albums as How to Paint Deer, Zhang Xinguo Animal Painting Collection, Bailu Tu and Zhang Xin's Painting Deer. He has been awarded medals, certificates and honorary certificates by the Ministry of Culture, the Press and Publication Administration, the Chinese Association of Artists, the Chinese Publishers Association.
