时振华(1958.10—)山东潍坊人。擅长中国画。1975年考入潍坊工艺美术研究所，毕业于潍坊教育学院，1991年进修于中央美院中国画系。2005年研修于中国研究院龙瑞艺术工作室。现为中国美协会员、山东省美协理事、潍坊画院专职画家，潍坊市美协副主席兼秘书长。擅长山水、花鸟画。作品《荒野的呼唤》获中国体育美展一等奖，《秋梦》获“中国的四季”美展银奖。
先后在潍坊工艺美术研究所、潍坊工艺品厂、潍坊画院工作。《雄风》入选第三届中国体育美展并被国际奥委会收藏，《沂蒙情深》入选首届全国中国画展，《永恒的期待》入选第八届全国美展。十余次参加由文化部、中国文联、中国美协等举办的各类展览，获金奖、银奖各一次；六次获山东省各类展览一等奖。被中国文联、中国美协评定为“97‘中国画坛百杰”；获山东省美术创作荣誉奖。
出版有《时振华作品精选》。1993年第三期《美术》杂志发表于赵修道文章《评荒野的呼唤》；在《齐风2000一山东山水画六人展》中，《美术》2000年3期发表邵大箴文章《齐风可赞》；大众日报发表刘曦林文章《会当凌绝顶一览众山小》；《美术观察》发表徐思存文章；《中国画研究》发表范迪安等系列文章均有章节评论。
2000年8期《东方美术》发表孔维克评论文章《从古画中走出来的人一记青年画家时振华》。2002年6期《文艺研究》发表周怡平评论文章《艺术之大、宇宙之小一论时振华的山水画创作》
