毛伟，1987年在海燕出版社从事美术编辑工作，美术副编审。近年来毛伟先生所创作的“水墨牦牛系列”风格独特、气势非凡、墨韵通达、意境旷远，颇得收藏界、业内人士和广大群众喜爱，2005年由《东方艺术》、《国画家报》、《中国收藏报道》评为最具收藏升值潜力的画家。
