裴国正、北京市人。中国画院院士、中国国际美术研究院副院长、教授、国家一级美术师、京城国画家，艺术评论家。祖籍河南洛阳。
其画风追求自然流畅、淳朴典雅、潇洒大气。尤其擅长大写意花鸟、既注重传统艺术与现代审美的结合，又着力追求、表达、展示一种真实、平凡且大俗而大雅的超越生活的艺术之美，情真意切，生机盎然。在创作中极力追求着作品的神完气定，和美妙弥漫的艺术境界。作品清新雅致，水墨交融酣畅淋漓，浪漫抒情雅俗共赏。充满着浓郁的生活、自然和田园情趣。
作品被人民大会堂、毛主席纪念堂、中国美术馆、国家博物馆、中国红十字会、文化部、外交部等单位及多国大使馆收藏。曾在中国美术馆、首都博物馆、上海、南京、广东、安徽等艺术中心展出。还曾选送赴台湾、韩国、日本及东南亚展出。在国内外大展中多次获得大奖。近年作品多被国外和港澳台及国内政府机构收藏。

2012年??“五一”国际劳动节，为迎接党的十八大召开，由中国文联、文化部、中共党史出版社、全国新华书店共同出版发行的大型献礼文献书籍《礼赞》中，还详细介绍了京城国画家裴国正院士艺术成就，多幅作品被收录其中。
