陈培伦，山东省单县人。任职于国家文化部。中国美术家协会会员、中央国家机关美术家协会副主席、文化部美术考级评审委员会委员、中国书画收藏家协会顾问、中国画创作研究院院长、中华旅游书画院院长。师从李铎、刘大为、龙瑞先生。多年来致力于书画的创作研究，在继承传统的基础上，外师造化，中得心源。其国画作品清新隽秀、空灵秀逸、意境深远、格调高雅。其书法作品以隶书见长，朴厚劲秀、宽博庄重。作品曾入选全军美展、第七届全国美展、国家画院举办的山水画邀请展、中国美协举办的全国山水画展、文化部名人名家书画展等。1994年5月在北京军事博物馆首次举办个人画展，并多次在全国各地举办个展。2011年12月，应法国美术家协会邀请，赴法国参加巴黎卢浮宫卡鲁赛尔艺术展，作品“泉落秋山出白云”获得金奖。2012年被评为“21世纪最具收藏价值与升值潜力的中国山水画百家”之一。部分作品被人民大会堂、中南海、国家博物馆、以及日本、新加坡、法国、西班牙、台湾、香港等国家和地区的业内人士及机构收藏。出版有《陈培伦国画集》、《陈培伦画集》、《陈培伦写生作品集》、《共和国六十位大家名家——陈培伦》、《纪念建国六十周年中国当代名家陈培伦邮票精品珍藏》等。
