李午申，1942年生，河北栾城人，1966年毕业于河北师范大学中文系。现任青春岁月杂志社副总编、编审。河北省中国画研究会副会长，河北硬笔书法家协会主席，河北省美协、书协理事，河北画院院外画师，河北经贸大学商学院客座教授，国家一级美术师。中国美术家协会会员，中国国际书画家协会河北省分会副主席。
李午申的书画作品注重传统又锐意求新，风格灵动洒脱，极富书卷气，并集书、画、印于一身。其国画题材广泛，花鸟、山水兼能而长于人物，尤擅古典诗意画，功力扎实，形式典雅，虽笔致简约而无不营造出古诗词那种浓郁的气韵和庇妙的意境，每每书画合璧，妙趣横生，构筑了自己独特的艺术天地。近些年来创作颇丰，多次在各类大赛大展中获奖，并先后在石家庄、福州、浙江、深圳、香港、新加坡等地多次举办个人书画展。其书画作品屡见于报刊并被收入各类典集及大型书画册。
