刘占军1960年生，北京市人，毕业于北京师范大学，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，北京美术家协会会员，中国华侨画院副院长，李可染先生衣钵传人李宝林先生的入室弟子、同时师从著名画家吴丽珠教授。
