刘伟钦（1939-）生於辽宁营口。
1964年毕业於鲁迅美术学院版画系。
先後任职於美协辽宁分会、中国人民革命军事博物馆创作室、沈阳市区文化馆。
中国版画家协会会员，辽宁省美术家协会会员，沈阳市美术家协会常务理事，沈阳市版画研究会会长。
代表作品《永不忘记》、《毛主席万岁万万岁》、《宝贝》、《金色小岛》、《摩崖造像》、《新风尚》、《张志新》等。
获奖记录1984年第六届全国美展优秀作品奖。


关於《毛主席万岁万万岁》刘伟钦
本人现为中国版画家协会会员，沈阳市美术家协会常务理事，沈阳市版画研究会会长。
1968年与林立衡小名林豆豆相识，入伍当兵，在广州海岛部队，锻炼三年，与豆豆通信交往，即社会传言的选美，终因专业不合未成亲。
1970年与李作鹏将军女儿李大征相识相处结婚。
1971年九月十三日出现林彪事件，我因故住了四年林彪反党集团工作人员学习班。
1975年学习班成员经毛主席批示重新分配工作，我由原中国人民革命军事博物馆分配到北京军区一个农场养猪，
种田。
我夫人由北京三一总医院分配到三二六野战医院从医。
1979年我和夫人携爱子刘焱（现在美国攻读博士）转业到沈阳地方工作至今。
1967年文化大革命中我创作了版画《毛主席万岁万万岁》，在一些报刊杂专上发表，在辽宁日报12月26日毛主席生日那天刊出。
这幅画在我1971年进学习班时曾被查封，认为我站在错误立场，不会画出对毛主席有真情实感的作品。
学习班结束，这幅画连同其它实物原本退还给我，这幅保存了三十八年的作品成为历史的纪念。
2002年，林豆豆来沈阳作客，见到我画室的这幅画，忆起我俩各自三十多年的曲曲折折，深有感触。
她的家庭和她本人和毛泽东有着不可分割的历史联系，她感触在我的画面上题了四个大字历史一瞬。
2005年我去京探亲，我把这幅版画带到北京请岳父鉴赏。
九十一岁高龄的老人见到我的作品感触万分，对于我本人因他蒙受的历史牵连很心酸，对于我在改革开放新历史时期所取得的进步感到兴奋。
因他年迈不能执笔，在我的作品上盖上他三枚印章，以示永久纪念，说世事沧桑心事宜，胸中海岳梦中飞。
几十年来我创作了许多作品，我经历了许多事情，唯有这幅画在我记忆里永远抹不掉，它是我挫折、
奋斗、前进的影子，
这也许是历史一瞬留下的永久纪念。
