李海峰莲池山居主人山东省烟台市栖霞市，中国共产党党员，中国美术家协会会员、北京美术家协会会员、北京东城区美术家协会副主席；北京扇子艺术协会副会长、北京工商大学文化产业研究中心主任、齐白石艺术研究工作室导师、中国文人画工作室导师，当代著名学者画家。
早年入室师从娄师白先生，系统学习齐派艺术；后修业于国家画院高研班，导师吴悦石先生。
多年致力于齐白石艺术研究领域。著述并出版有《齐白石艺术欣赏与真伪鉴别》、《齐派工笔草虫图集》、《齐白石密码》、《当代美术名家个案研究：李海峰画集》等书籍。并在国家图书馆、首都图书馆、人民大学艺术学院等地讲座近百场。
艺术成就
2011年，“神舟八号”搭载李海峰作品《和风》从太空返回，这也是代表中国传统艺术精华的“齐派”书画作品第一次太空旅行。
2012年，在北京保利春季拍卖中，李海峰作品《出居声响》（约1.4平尺）以28750元人民币的价格成交。显示了齐派工笔草虫题材在艺术市场中强劲的号召力。
2012年，李海峰应邀出席“第四届海峡论坛”，并作为大陆文化学者代表做主题演讲《传播白石艺术，弘扬国学精粹》，受到两岸四地舆论好评。
