牛玲玲，1982年出生，山东省莒县，自幼酷爱书画，与书画结下不解之缘。
2014年至2015年在中央美院莒县写生基地高研班就读，多次入选全国画展并获奖。
现为中国美协会员、山东省美协会员。
2015年5月，作品《幽林倩影》获纪念扬州2500周年城庆——“丹青扬州”优秀奖；
2015年7月，作品《春光灿烂》获 “悲鸿精神”全国中国画展优秀奖
2014年9月，作品《绿色家园》入选“翰墨齐鲁”首届全国画展
2015年4月，作品《密林深处有清音》入选“泰山之尊”全国画展
2015年6月，作品《春风听香》入选 “翰墨齐鲁”全国中国画展
