沈一丹，女，汉族，笔名幻秋，1970年生。福建诏安人。毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系，清华大学美术学院艺术硕士，书法家沈一丹现为全国青联常委、中国书法家协会理事、中国美术家协会会员。
沈一丹先后求教于沈鹏、李铎、刘大为、张道兴等书画名家。参加国内外书法大赛，7次摘桂冠，特别是1993年全军书法大赛中，她的四尺小楷作品，获得广泛好评，被评为一等奖，也是获得该奖项的唯一一位女性。1987年入伍。书画家、作者。2005年8月获中央电视台、中国书法家协会主办的第二届全国书法电视大奖赛金奖。
1986年作品入选中国书法家协会主办的全国妇女书法篆刻展览，是福建省唯一的入选作者。同年加入中国书法家协会福建分会，成为全省最年轻的会员，福建省电视台作了专题报道。
先后求教于沈鹏、李铎、刘大为、张道兴等书画名家。参加国内外书法大赛，7次摘桂冠，特别是1993年全军书法大赛中，她的四尺小楷作品，获得广泛好评，被评为一等奖，也是获得该奖项的唯一一位女性。书法作品稳健中见飘逸，清新中多灵气，师法碑帖又别具新意，尤以小楷最工，立意深邃，格调高雅，笔墨朴茂。
1995年获北京中国画展二等奖，1996年获全国大学生书画展银奖。
1997年毕业于中国人民解放军艺术学院美术系，曾在中央美术学院进修。现为海军装备部陈列馆美术师。中华全国青年联合会常委、中国书法家协会理事、中国美术家协会会员，是全军唯一一位既是国家级书协又是国家级美协的女会员。
1999年1月国画作品《迷彩人生第一课》在全国第八届“群星奖”评奖中获国家文化部颁发的优秀奖，是全军十名获奖者中唯一一位女性。1999年国画作品《迷彩人生第一课》入选纪念建军70周年全军第九届美展，在全国第八届“群星奖”评奖中获国家文化部颁发的优秀奖，人民日报等全国性报刊都曾报道。《工笔人物——彝家女》入选世界华人书画展；《童心情最真》获“抗洪精神赞”全军美术作品展览优秀奖。
沈一丹于1999年2月27日生女“孟子萱”。
2004年7月获得由中国美协和中央电视台主办首届电视中国画大赛银奖，同年还获中国美协主办的全国第二届人物画展优秀奖，2004年底参加第二全国法制宣传书画展二等奖。
《人民日报》、《中国青年报》、《中国妇女》、《解放军报》、《解放军画报》、《中国书法》、《书法报》、《中国书画报》、《美术》、《青年书画》、《正大艺术》、《中华艺术家报》、《国画家》、《美术向导》等全国性报刊都曾报道过沈一丹成才事迹和优秀作品。作品曾分别被送至美、法、俄、日等国家参加展览和国际交流。
