惠孝同（1902-1979）北京市人。原名惠均，字孝同，号柘湖，别号松溪、晴庐。1920年入中国画学研究会，拜金城为师，专攻山水。1925年升为研究会研究员。
1924年冬宣统出宫后，惠孝同遂与溥雪斋（号松雪），溥毅斋（号松邻），关松房（号松房），溥心畲（号松巢）等创立了近代著名国画团体松风画会，自号“松溪”。
1927年与金荫湖、胡佩衡等共组湖社画会，编辑《湖社月刊》，历任画会干事、评议、教员、副会长，湖社画会天津传习社社长、天津分会会长。曾任职北平艺术专科学校讲师兼图书馆主任。
松风画会与湖社画会[1]是京津画派的主要成员，迄今已有近90年的历史，而惠孝同是具有松字、湖字号的国画宗师之一。
解放后，历任北京中国画研究会常委，北京中国画院艺术委员会常委、主任委员，新国画研究会常委、研究组副主任，国子监国画补习学校校长，中国美术家协会会员。50年代曾出访印度尼西亚，回国后在中央美院举办个展。
惠孝同山水传统功力深厚，构图颇具巧思，所作树石古厚浑茫，意境深幽。他在寻觅新时代山水画发展的新途中也做出了可贵的探索，与古一舟、周元亮、陶一清、何镜涵、松全森合作的巨幅长卷《首都之春》，写由通县经城区至石景山、官厅水库之北京新貌，将古法与今法相融合，造化与心源相贯通，创造了新的时代风格。
作品还有《江山无尽》(合作)等。
