葛炎美术作品

Born in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, in 1972, he graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Qilu Normal University and immediately joined the army. He is now a professional Navy painter, a second-level national artist and a member of the Chinese Artists Association. His works have been included in more than 100 kinds of large-scale picture collections and professional publications.
