赵蓓欣，祖籍山东菏泽，中国美术家协会会员，北京市美术家协会会员，北京市丰台区美协常务理事，北京市丰台区美协花鸟画创作室主任.中国民主建国会北京市委员会会员.《中国画家》、《中国画研究》编委，《华夏名流》书画院一级美术师，《艺缘虹》书画院副院长。
大批作品散发于《美术》、《中国美术》、《艺术市场》、《艺术与收藏》、《荣宝斋》、《中国画家》、《中国画研究》、《?中国书画报》、《羲之书画报》、《香港文坛》、《泰国日报》等报刊，并有一批作品被美国、英国、新西兰、新加坡、澳大利亚、加拿大、泰国、马来西亚和台湾、香港、澳门等众多国家和地区的政要及艺术馆收藏。
