徐福山，1970年出生，字伯峻，山东平度人，博士生。现任中国艺术研究院梅兰芳纪念馆副馆长，中国美术家协会会员，文化部青年联合会常委、书法工作委员会副主任。曾任中国艺术研究院研究生院副院长。绘画作品《双鹰图》被人民大会堂收藏。曾参与组织了多次国内美术、书法评奖展览。先后在报刊发表论文、艺术评论30余篇。出版《徐福山书画》、《徐福山花鸟作品集》，主编了《中国历代书法家名人大辞典》。受教育部门委托主编了高等教育艺术类规划教材11种，其中3种获普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材。
出版发表《关于中国艺术设计》、《舞台设计空间表现技巧》等多篇学术论文及艺术评论；1994年出版有《徐福山书画》专集，中国文学出版社；1995年任山东民族文化学会副秘书长期间，主持由山东省文化厅和山东省民族学会主办的“山东省首届十大杰出书法家、十大杰出国画家”的组织和评选工作并获特等奖；1998年主编有《中国历代书法家人名大辞典》中国文学出版社；2006年主编了由中国轻工业出版社出版的高等教育艺术设计规划教材10本；2006年10月副主编了《室内设计师考试教材》，中国建筑工业出版社出版；2006年11月主编了《中国当代环境艺术设计百家》系列丛书。2010年1月出版《徐福山花鸟作品集》天津人民美术出版社。
徐福山的作品，一是格调雅正散射着创作的激情，中锋用笔勾线使转纵横，墨色变化丰富而多具奇趣，探求一种雄浑恣肆、苍润圆厚、浑融天成的境界。二是构图清简，不尚繁缛，在笔情墨性中求意趣，深得“画以简为尚”之旨。而徐福山的画，正是依凭腹有诗书，才做到了简而有物，产生了境界；又得益于书法之功，注重了骨法用笔，才疏离于制作与涂染，在简约中获得了神韵。三是能融会诗书而意蕴生发。
