张学文

张学文，男，1963年生，甘肃庆阳人。
1988年毕业于中国书画函大，结业中国美协高研班，1994年工笔牡丹作品荣获中国文联文化艺术博览会一级作品奖。甘肃首届工笔画展获奖。2000年由中国画报出版社出版张学文画集。2001年被共青团中央宣传部颁发优秀指导老师奖。荣获文化部颁发作品等级认定证书，聘为中国艺术研究院创作委员、甘肃美术家协会会员，书协会员。庆阳市政协委员，美协理事，美协副主席。2008年庆阳市五个一工程奖一等奖，国画家创刊三十周年美展并出版
