生于河北平山，中国美术家协会会员、中国心理学协会会员、编审。齐鹏先后就读于中央美术学院国画系、中央党校政治学、澳门大学经济管理系、中国人民大学哲学系、中国人民大学社会学博士后流动站；分别获MBA硕士学位、哲学博士学位、社会心理学博士后。
1983年全国农民画展”（中国美术馆），在河北画展中获“优秀作品”奖。
1986年《烈士英名山高水长》参加“中日艺术博览会”，入选《山水画集》。
1985年《山乡明珠》荣获河北省青年画展“一等奖”，中日艺术交流画展“银奖”。
1985年《月是故乡明》荣获河北省首届山水画展“一等奖”。
1986年《金桥》荣获河北画展“优秀作品奖”。
1987年《亲吻大地》组画参加“7人画展”（石家庄博物馆）。
1988年《草青青》组画参加“10人画展”（北京国际艺苑）。
1987年《生命两极》与《太行风情组画--8幅》在中央美术学院陈列室展出。
1993年《色彩·旋律·乐章》在“加拿大枫叶水墨画大赛”中，获“优秀作品”奖并被收藏。
1993年《轮回》获“首届国际艺术博览会奖”（革命历史博物馆）。
1995年“童年灿烂组画”和“太行风情组画”参加“95’国际艺术博览会”。
1996年《皇天厚土》荣获新华社画展“特别奖”。
1999年《山的旋律》荣获“全国书画大赛的铜奖”。
2001年《乐土》、《山的性格》、《人与自然》等5幅作品参加“上苑艺术家在澳门画展”。
2002年《金土地》参加2002年“龙之声国际文化艺术节”并获“特别奖”。
2004年《太行山风情》组画，在电视剧《红街》中被作为插图，荣获全国电视剧评选的“飞天”银奖。
2006年《人格符号系列作品》参加在第61届联合国日“四分之三画廊”组织的“中国14位女性艺术家画展”——王迎春、何韵兰、陈庆庆、齐鹏、潘缨、李虹等。（联合国驻华使馆）
2006年“男人的面具”——齐鹏画展参加两岸三地“国际男性会议”。（北京紫玉饭店）
2007年“中国古村落”水墨画获首届“黑龙江国际艺博会”金奖。
2007年《古民居》被联合国世界和平基金会、世界华人协会等5家组织评为“2007和谐?中国年度书画金奖”。
