李行百字信伯。四川成都人。擅长中国画、画论。毕业于金陵大学中文系。后拜张大千为师学画。四十年代初参加“蜀艺社”，从芮敬与予学画史、画论，从谢无量学文物鉴赏。1952年后在中国美术家协会、《中国画》编辑部、北京画院工作工作，后为《中国画》编辑部负责人，北京画院专业画家。作品有《荷塘雨过》在第一届全国青年美展获奖、《红英照日、经霜益艳》等。
