曾德智，1959年出生，就职于重庆科技学院，重庆渝中区美协会员，重庆书画社社员。中国书画函授大学重庆分校（87级）优秀学员，毕业创作《峡谷饮烟》发表于《重庆艺苑》（1990年第二期）。
