Ma Gang, male, Han nationality, born in May 1962 in Jiuquan, Gansu Province. He joined in July 1986, joined Minjin in April 1997, with a bachelor's degree and professor.
At present, he is a member of the Standing Committee of the 11th CPPCC Gansu Provincial Committee, President of Art College of Lanzhou University of Finance and economics, member, standing committee and vice chairman of Minjin Gansu Provincial Committee, chairman of branch of Minjin Lanzhou University of Finance and economics, member of China Artists Association, vice chairman of Gansu Federation of literature and art, vice chairman of Gansu Artists Association, director of Chinese painting and Arts Committee of Gansu Artists Association, Jia Youfu Art Research Institute of Peking University Director of the seminar, director of the landscape painting senior creative workshop of Jia Youfu studio of the Central Academy of fine arts.
From July 1986 to May 1992, he taught in the 18th Middle School of Lanzhou.
Worked in Lanzhou business school in June 1992.
In November 2007, he served as the vice president of Art College of Lanzhou business school.
In January 2009, he was the dean of Art College of Lanzhou business school.
In July 2012, he served as the vice chairman of Gansu Provincial Committee of Minjin.
Member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Gansu Province in January 2013.
At present, he is the dean of Art College of Lanzhou University of Finance and economics, member, standing committee member and vice chairman of Minjin Gansu Provincial Committee, and chairman of branch of Minjin Lanzhou University of Finance and economics.
From July 11 to 12, 2017, the eighth Gansu Provincial Congress of the China Association for the promotion of democracy was held in Lanzhou, and Ma Gang was elected vice chairman.
He won the "famous teacher award" of Lanzhou business school, the "advanced individual in earthquake relief" of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China in 2008, the "outstanding member" of the Provincial Committee of the CPC, the "555 Innovative Talents Project of Gansu Province" in 2005, the "first young and middle-aged literature and art workers" of Gansu Province awarded by the Propaganda Department of the provincial Party committee, the Provincial Department of personnel and the Provincial Federation of literature and art in 2008, the works "remote quiet land", "village" Yinghanyuan was selected into the 10th and 11th national art exhibitions of the Ministry of culture, and was awarded the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Dunhuang Literature and art awards by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, the excellent award of the Ministry of culture and the special award of Gansu art exhibition.
