韦辛夷（1956.9--），画家。男，汉族，山东济南人。擅长国画人物画。现为中国美术家协会会员、山东省美术家协会副主席、国家一级美术师、 山东书画学会副会长、山东画院高级画师，济南市文联副主席，济南市美术家协会主席，山东艺术学院教授。 

韦辛夷，毕业山东艺术学院美术系中国画专业，深造于中国美术学院刘国辉教授工作室、为中国人物画高研班成员。两次荣获国家级专业美展铜质奖、一次国家部级二等奖、六次获省专业美展一等奖。

 有：《鸿蒙初辟》获建党70周年全国美展铜牌、山东省美展的一等奖，并参加中国画院举办的1991年中国画邀请展。《蓄须明志》1995年获纪念抗日战争50周年人国中国画展铜牌奖，同时获山东省美展一等奖；《济南四杰》1992年入选中国美协主办的第八次新人新作展。出版画集《占有空间——韦辛夷水墨人物画创作心迹》、《古装写意人物画谱.仕女篇》、《古装写意人物画谱.钟馗篇》、《金手指.水墨写意人物技法》。 其创作风格明丽。苍劲。有深刻的感染力，山东翰墨缘画廊推荐画家。

Wei Xinyi, graduated from the Department of fine arts of Shandong Academy of art, majoring in Chinese painting, studied in the studio of Professor Liu Guohui of China Academy of fine arts, and was a member of the senior research class of Chinese figure painting. It has won the bronze award of national professional art exhibition twice, the second prize of national ministerial level and the first prize of provincial professional art exhibition six times.

There are: hongmengchu won the bronze medal of the National Art Exhibition on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the party, the first prize of Shandong art exhibition, and participated in the 1991 Chinese Painting Invitation Exhibition held by the Chinese Academy of painting.
