李洁民,女,号平恩老人,1926年出生,河北邱县人,毕业于北京师范大学,历任北师大教师,中国书画函授大学办公室主任、教务处等职。现为北京美术家协会会员，中国公共关系协会艺术委员会副主任，中国书画函授大学教授。

女画家李洁民号平恩老人，一直在笔墨丹青间挥洒自我，现为国际羲之书画院副院长。她擅长画牡丹山水，并得到何海霞、娄师白、高冠华、姚治华等许多著名画家的亲自指导。她画的牡丹苍润淋漓、艳而不俗，朴拙清新、生机盎然，在构图取势、用笔用墨等方面无不彰显深厚的功力。其创作不守成法，别开生面，笔下的牡丹源于大自然，又高于大自然，达到了形神相通、雅俗共赏，寓情、景、趣于一体的境界

李洁民老人的山水画气势雄伟，朴茂深邃、苍远幽深，云烟缭绕，用她的笔墨激发阐释对大自然、对生命的感悟。她画《江山如画》，群峰叠嶂，近山瑰奇，远山苍茫，云飞山动。近作《太行山峡谷》雄浑幽深，树木生机勃勃。著名国画家娄师白说:“看了她的画使人心灵得到净化，精神得到升华，好像进入一种天人合一、物我两忘的境界。”李洁民平时很少卖画，却经常向慈善机构捐赠作品。2005年，她捐赠家乡河北邱县30余幅作品，2006年又将新创作的12幅牡丹捐赠给中国妇女基金会。

Li Jiemin's landscape paintings are magnificent, simple and profound, remote and deep, and cloudy. She uses her pen and ink to stimulate the interpretation of nature and life. She painted "picturesque rivers and mountains". There are many peaks, near mountains, far mountains and clouds flying. The latest work Taihang Mountain Canyon is vigorous and deep with vigorous trees. Lou Shibai, a famous Chinese painter, said, "Looking at her paintings purifies the soul and sublimates the spirit, as if entering a realm of harmony between man and nature and forgetting both things and me." Li Jiemin sells few paintings, but often donates works to charities. In 2005, she donated more than 30 works from Qiuxian County, Hebei Province. In 2006, she donated 12 new peony works to the China Women's Foundation.
