刘云，字锦堂，号天籁，祖籍安徽凤阳，1943年生于安徽安庆。现为安徽省安庆市书画院专业画家、江苏省国画院特聘画家、山东省书画研究院特聘教授、国家高级美术师。初从师宋南谷先生，后又拜当代著名画家蒋风白、王个簃先生为入室弟子。

刘云精擅大写意花鸟，工山水。大多作品被一些个人机构以及日本、美国、法国、新加坡等国际友人收藏。先后十多次赴日本举办个人画展及父子作品展。

Liu Yun, Zijin Tang, No. Tianji, was born in Fengyang, Anhui Province, in 1943. Now he is a professional painter of Anqing Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, a specially appointed painter of Jiangsu Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting, a specially appointed professor of Shandong Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and a senior national artist. At the beginning, he studied with Mr. Nangu of Song Dynasty, and later worshipped Mr. Jiang Fengbai, a famous contemporary painter, and Mr. Wang Gemin as disciples.
Liu Yunjing is good at freehand brushwork of flowers and birds, landscape engineering. Most of the works are collected by some individual organizations and international friends such as Japan, the United States, France, Singapore and so on. He has been to Japan for more than ten times to hold personal art exhibitions and father-son works exhibitions.
