易洪斌，男，笔名， 常莎、米萝 1943年10月出生，湖南长沙人。1968年毕业于北京师范大学历史系。原任吉林日报社社长、中共吉林省委宣传部副部长。现为中国美术家协会理事，吉林省美术家协会主席，北京人民画院名誉院长。神州书画院、中国同泽书画研究院顾问。吉林日报社北群书画院院长。中国作家协会、中华美学学会、中国书画家联谊会、中华诗词学会会员，国家一级美术师网顾问。政协吉林省委员会常委、文教委员会主任。中华全国新闻工作者协会常务理事、中国报纸副刊研究会副会长。美国传记学院国际研究委员会终身会员。其画题材广泛，大小写意并举，风格雄深雅健，走兽、人物、花鸟等题材均有涉猪，尤精于画马，自成气象，为“关东三马”之一。

易洪斌作品《署》收入《中国百名知 名书 画家精品集》；《红雨随心》获中华扇面艺术展金奖；《天地正气》入选周恩来诞辰100周 年书画展并收入画集。另有作品《天马行》、《冲霄》、《大野云飞》、《秋艳》等。

 传略载入《中国现代美术家辞典》、《世界现代美术家辞典》、《中国当代美学名人志》、《中国文艺家传集》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》、《中国作家大辞典》、《世界华人文化名人传略》、《世界华人艺术家成就博览大典》、《中国当代名人录》及英国出版的《2 0世纪2000位杰出人士》等数十部辞书。

同时，英国剑桥国际传记中心（IBC）编撰的《国际传记辞典》、《亚洲及太平洋国家名人传》、《世界最优秀的名人传记》、《新世纪前500人〉等典志还多次邀其入编，并获美国传记学院国际研究委员会(ABI)的终身成就奖提名，为ABO终身会员。

曾于1988年、1992年两次获吉林省社会科学优秀成果奖的一等奖，两度获该奖二等奖。1994年、1997年两次获吉林省长白山文艺奖的一等奖。1999年获吉林省世纪艺术金奖，2000年获长春名人称号。享受国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴，国家级有突出贡献专家。

易洪斌作品

 湖南长沙人。笔名米萝、常莎。室名中之虚斋，又名人生易老轩。自幼好涂鸦，每览前贤及徐、齐诸大师画辄心向往之，心摹手追，不能自己。或速写于街头，或素描于陋室，或动物园图形，或岳麓山写景，培养了绘画的基本功。

上大学后学史习文，然不废绘事，于古希腊、文艺复兴及近现代艺术时相研习，且作了水粉画和油画的尝试，吸取了西画的一些营养。大学毕业后从事新闻工作之余，一度辗转于美学、文艺理论的探讨著述和小说、杂文、散文的创作。

易洪斌南人北相，一米八的身架透着北国男人的粗犷不羁，而谨严儒雅的气质和一口深沉响亮的湘音又时时透露出江南书生的飘逸超然。在文化圈内外，易洪斌的名字是担当得起： “才华横溢”四个字的。作为一个新闻界的通才，他文彩斑斓精于办报，且于美学、史学、哲学诸领域皆有建树，这早已为人所知。至于双管齐下，能文能画，偏偏又在高手云集的画界争得一席之地，则又是近1 0年来的事了。

易洪斌生于湖南汨罗，祖上多为读书人，却没有以书画名世者。1963年，他离开长沙，进入北京师范大学历史系，1968年毕业后分配到吉林省，先后在林区和延边日报、吉林日报工作，新闻成了他的主业，由编辑、记者到副总编辑、总编辑、社长。在这2O多年的时间里，易洪斌一直孜孜于哲学、美学、史学、文艺理论的探索和著述，旁涉文学创作，先后发表了许多有关哲学、美学、文艺理论等方面的著述，还发表了小说、散文、杂文及诗词作品，出版了《美学漫谈》、《维纳斯启示录》、 《两个人的世界》、 《一分历史十分情》、 《怪侣奇踪》等著作。

从他的履历中很难窥见成为画家的机缘，但偏偏他就成了。国内美术界热闹非凡，风潮迭起，诸种理论、画派前呼后拥。而当得文人画家之名的，天津有冯骥才，吉林则一出就出了两位，韩静霆和易洪斌。

若干年后重握画笔，这些画外修为作为文化引子对于绘画本身起了很重要的作用。此后砚耕不辍。其画题材广泛，大小写意并举，风格雄深雅健，重人文色彩，走兽、人物、花鸟等题材均有涉猎，尤精于画马，自成气象，为“关东三马”之一。在继续深化、拓展画马这一主题的同时，致力于人物画的创作和探索，出了一批历史画、哲理画和人体画作品，数十家报刊予以发表，有的还作了专题介绍，颇获好评，论者认为，其人物画已形成画家自己的个人风格。

在长春、南京、烟台、深圳等地数次举办个展，画作参加过在美国、韩国、香港等国家和地区举办的画展，并多次在国内一些画展上展出，多次参加文化界．美术界举办的大型活动。画作或获奖，或被收藏，或收入画集，或被绍介。全国数十家报刊发表其画作，《美术》、《人民日报》等权威报刊对其人其作作了评介。

 1979年开始发表作品。

 “笔所未到气已吞”

真正的画家，当他面对一张白纸的时候，没有不心存敬畏的。这一片白茫茫混沌未开的世界，玄机缥缈，危机四伏，处处都有踏入陷阱的危险，处处都有别开洞天的可能……这一张薄薄的素纸飘然铺展，从古至今，永远是一个挑战，永远是一个契机，等待着某一个画人落下那最初的“一画”。

笔毫在墨池中徘徊，目光在宣纸上扫视，他迅速地捕捉住虚空里的一个点，笔锋迅疾而下，如苍鹰搏兔，铺毫、扭转、扫刷、点虱，用笔如刀，飒飒生风。墨色在白色中突围，凸显出意象的领地，墨块、线条撞击有声，聚合，离散，避让，游走。时而昂扬，墨浪滔滔；时而低徊，长风寥寥……随着最后枯笔的奋力一扫，一匹骏马傲然纸上，回首嘶鸣，鬃毛淋漓，恍惚是乌江之畔那一匹楚霸王身下的坐骑；又仿佛四蹄踏雪，身披霜雾。易洪斌果然驭马有术!他随手就把千百年前江南的那匹烈马牵到了塞外北疆。画者握笔在手，抬起目光，有一种“拔剑四顾心茫然”的快意。他思忖着重重落墨点出双睛，目光如炬的马儿陡然间腾跃近前，大有破纸而出之概。

一幅笔酣墨畅的骏马图前后不过10分钟，易洪斌却好像刚经历了一场激烈的征战厮杀。操纵着笔墨的千军万马殊非易事，“当其下手风雨快，笔所未到气已吞”，这是苏轼赞美王维、吴道子绘画的诗句。这前一句是从作画者走笔形迹所得的直觉，是人人所能得而感知的，后一句则非真知画者不能为。所谓中国绘画的全部精义，大约都包含在这两句之中了。 离开气、势二字，中国画无从说起。

易洪斌的马独具面目而且是无可替代的。作品《惊鼙》：万马奔腾，马首攒动，似天地间一股正气扶摇直上，铁骨铮铮，铁蹄铿然，白马、黑马杂沓相间，黑白两色氤氲互渗，点划披离，纵横捭阖。那分明不是马群，而是白山黑水的浮雕造像!山的骨架，水的长波，似马非马，气魄之大，逼人眼目，谁曾这样为马造像?

那一幅《大野奔雷》：占画面1/2的天空中，彤云滚滚如野火漫漫，从地平线上奔来的千万烈马把天与地撕开一道豁口，每只马的眼睛都以红色点成，野朴、粗悍，带着苍凉，带着风霜，带着惊天动地的一道闪电一声霹雷。传统中国画中津津乐道的含蓄、朗润、和合被这惊雷、烈火一扫而光，在这里，具体的技法已然不重要，只有上诉真宰的元气在涡漩动荡，生命的壮美形成了时空模糊之下的审美凝结。

英雄的铁血时代已经逝去，易洪斌却以一支遥承楚魂湘韵的画笔执拗地追摹、图写那个时代的背影。无论人物、狮虎、鹰隼、花卉、傲岸伟美的风骨都是他作品的主调．思接千载壮怀八荒的历史感与悲天悯人的人文情怀倾泻于尺幅之上便是怒、是笑、是大悲恸、是大欢喜，是浪漫主义的长歌大赋，是天地之间至刚至大的浩然壮气。

易洪斌极为推崇传统文化中刚柔相济的哲学观，这使他的作品既有“大江东去”的豪放，又不乏“杨柳岸、晓风残月”的婉约，尽管前者为主，后者为辅。兴之所至，他会以香草美人、新月碧水来寄托他心底里另一番幽婉的情思。这，也可以为“南人北相”做一注解吧。

易洪斌钟爱的红色和黑色，那是楚文化的代表色。他画了许多《霸王别姬图》，常常落款： 湘人米罗。人们误以为他崇拜抽象派大师米罗，他解释：是汨罗的谐音。他还有一个常用的笔名，很女性化：常莎。以此类推，想来又是长沙的谐音了。
